How long will my order take to ship?

Your items will ship within 5-10 working days from your purchase. Contact us directly or leave a note with the order if it is urgent and we can organise express shipping for you (this will include a higher postage fee, invoiced separately). Thank you for your patience!

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, our online store is set to Australia-wide shipping, however, we can definitely organise international shipping if you get in touch. This will require sending you a separate invoice to pay for postage, but otherwise it is definitely possible! Our goal is to help you find joy in our resin designs no matter where you live!

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind due to the nature of earrings for hygiene purposes. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return or exchange the product if it does not meet certain consumer guarantees (eg. if it is faulty). If this is the case, please note that the shipping cost will not be covered by Resinate with Love. Contact us for further inquiries. We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and we ensure that the pieces are in great condition before we pack and ship every order!

Please note that each of our items are unique and may differ slightly from the one photographed - it is the nature of resin and handmade items for natural flaws and differences to occur. Thus, exchanges based on differences to the photographs will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
